CH 40: Curious Collective 2014 out very soon

Curious Handmade Podcast Episode 40I’m back in London after a long break in Australia and Asia. Its back to school for kids in the UK this week so its been a flurry of new shoes and sewing labels on uniforms.

Thank you to my show sponsor:

Juno Fibre Arts is an artisan yarn and fibre company producing a unique hand dyed collection of yarns and spinning fibres for handknits, spinning, felting and weaving. The Juno studio is located in the grounds of an old, working farm in rural Devon, surrounded by British countryside and the range draws inspiration from its stunning pastoral setting.

Juno yarn is dyed in small and exclusive batches and is available in limited editions on the Juno Arts Etsy shop so look out for the monthly shop updates towards the end of each month.

What’s in the WIP?

I’m working on the August Dream Big design. It is a oblong wrap in lace weight yarn. I’m using MadelineTosh Prairie.

It will be a similar shape to Clapotis by Kate Gilbert from Knitty 2004!
